Academic Success

Nic and Ella both participated in the University of New South Wales competitions and did remarkably well. Nic received credits for Computing, Science and received distinctions in English and Mathematics. Ella participated in Science and Mathematics where she received a credit, English and Spelling where she received Distinctions and Writing where she achieved a High Distinction (top 1%). Jordan, not to be outdone, got to list 11 in his sight words (out of a possible 16) and can now spell a whole lot of words so that we can't try to spell certain words to each other and keep him out of the loop. Alas, the unforeseen cost of good schooling! In June Ella was selected to represent the school in a regional Public Speaking competition in Moruya.
